PM crashes when DxO Optics Pro launches

Having an issue where PM will crash when I launch DxO Optics Pro 11.3. Doesn't happen every time, but it crashed once this morning, once yesterday... I'm guessing about 10% of the time.
It's been happening for a few weeks now. I've been using both programs together for years without issue, so I'm not sure why it's happening now. Haven't updated either one recently.

I see no problems in the log other than missing shutdown entries (in other words no clues as to why PM would be crashing.)

Update...
I just noticed that PM is crashing when I launch Photoshop too. Optics Pro was not running at the time. I'm 99% sure that the crash is related to the launching of these programs; the timing is such that it can't be a coincidence. I guess the question is whether this has anything to do with PM or if it's an OS issue.

I expect it to be a hardware problem.  I suggest doing a full RAM test.
