Issue with curly or smart quotes vs Straight quotes

Hello,

When I copy a text from a Word document I get a curly or smart quote ‘which poses a problem with my employer system, basically giving a weird letter or a space.

Is there any way to for the writing of straight quote ' in the IPTC fields ?

No, there are no filters for pasted text.

There is nothing automatic, but you could do 'Find and replace' across all caption fields in a Contact Sheet.
