Import / Export of hierarchical keywords

I have some problems getting Lightroom and PM, working together in Keywords.

Exporting the keywords in Lightroom

• !Sports-Motorsport-DTC

Importing the keywords in PM, an all looks good.

• !Sports-Motorsport-DTC

I tag a picture with DTC in PM, and in Lightroom read the Metadata from the image.
Lightroom shows the keywords as:

• Motorsport-DTC
  

The !Sports is just a placeholders and the keyword is not exported.

Is there a setting I can use, so the LR and PM keywords are the same?
I don't want the duplicate of used keywords.

What does this mean?  What is "DTC"?

If you give me a set of images/metadata (one from LR, one from PM, and your keywords list), I'd be happy to investigate.

Otherwise I cannot speculate as to what is going wrong for you.

DTC is a keyword in my keyword structure 

PM send, with Dropbox link with 2 images and my keyword list.

"When updating XMP, add Structured Keywords to hierarchical keywords field only." and set it to checked.

Just the setting I needed :-)
