Photomechanic AppData missing

Hello!

For some reason today when I open photomechanic everything on the left side is missing (favorites, tasks). 

I think it has something to do with the AppData, but I have no idea how to fix it.

Attached is a photo of what is popping up when I start my computer.  I think this has something to do with the problem, but I'm not sure.

I should add that I have windows 7 and photomechanic 5.

Problem solved.   It looks navigator was not clicked in my preferences.  I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the AppData thing that was popping up, but I delete it.  So I don't know what the solution really was, but hopefully this will help someone else who has this issue in the future.  :)
