unable upload to flickr

My last upload was in July, all OK.
Now I can't no more upload, why ? I have just made update of Sierra and PM.

I join what PM says to me :

I suggest that you delete the existing Flickr credentials by clicking the Delete Account button located in the Connection Settings dialog. Next click the Add/Replace Account button and reauthorize Photo Mechanic for use with your Flickr account.

If the problem persists, please send me your Photo Mechanic log file (PM_log.zip) by going into Photo Mechanic's Help menu and choosing Reveal Support Data. Click Yes in the next dialog and include the PM_log.zip file in a new post, or send me a personal message with the log file.

It appears as though Photo Mechanic is still using the old credentials. There may be a permissions issue with the file where the credentials are stored preventing you from overwriting the old data. I recommend that you check the modification date of the file below and make sure that it was updated when you last authorized Photo Mechanic in your Flickr account.

/Users/<your_name>/Library/Preferences/com.camerabits.PhotoMechanic/fileupload/templates/builtin/Flickr-conn.yml

If the modification date of the Flickr-conn.yml file is before you had reauthorized Photo Mechanic, then I recommend that you delete the Flickr-conn.yml file, empty the Trash, and authorized with your Flickr account once more.

Yes I do it several times with/without flickr open on safari.
No result, impossible to write an account and if I click on "add/replace account" I have "permission denied sendto(2)"

The sendto problem is sounding more like a networking issue related to a faulty DNS.  Please check you Networking settings in the System Preferences and make sure the DNS server(s) you have are correct and are working properly.
