I'm having an issue with the thumbnails flashing. It can start from 5 mins to 5 hours after PM startsup.
Windows 10, clean install. Lenovo Y700 laptop. 16Gb Ram, Nvidea GTX960 card with latest drivers. I tried setting it to default autoswitch card, and to only use the Nvidea card (laptop has default onboard intel card as well), and it makes no difference.
When this occurs, CPU useage goes from 3% to 50%.
