Hi all
I am trying to download and install the trial version.
It gets to certain point in the installation and i get a message of feature transfer with catastrophic error , and when i click okay the install window disappears. i have cleaned up everything on my windows 10 desktop. Found a fix on internet but it does not resolve issue.
I tried downloading to my laptop and had no problems but not where i need it so uninstalled.
Problem is obviously with desktop.
The desktop came to me from a friend of a friend and they had PM (an earlier version) on it but it was not working when i tried it... wouldn't ingest photos. So i uninstalled it.
Have run 2 different file clenup programs to see if something was left after uninstall but that hasn't helped.
Any ideas on what my issue is?
And a fix?
