(i sent this to Bob R., but thought I should post it here as well)
From the Set User/Client Variables panel - Please add a "Load" button to this panel for both user and client - Then add the ability to import a vCard to populate the fields.
(Even more sexy would be to do a MacOS address book integration so you could select a contact from the address book
but really - the vCard thing would do the trick nicely.)
