Editing Column Header Names in the IPTC Stationery Info/Pad

How do I edit the names of column for multi line fields in the IPTC Stationery Info and Pad

I have relabelled "Image Registry Entries" as "Image Location Entries", and now want to change "Registry Organization Identifier" and "Registry Name Identifier" to substitute the word "Location" for "Registry".

I can't find those 2 listed in the customization dialog.
