PM 4.5 beta II, Code Replacement

Hallo everybody,

Code Replacement does not work with German umlauts on my intel iMAC (OS 10.4.9).

Please make sure that when you save your Code Replacement text files you save them in the UTF-8 format.

Then it should work fine.
