slash key not working in Photo Mechanic

Hi I have recently bought photo mechanic. My right slash key is not working on my PC when in Photo mechanic - it works fine otherwise on my PC. I also have a Mac and the right slash key works normally in Photo Mechanic on that machine.
Is there a 'glitch' in PM on Windows 10? If so how can I correct it please (I've tried changing language / region on my keyboard with no benefit).

Is this when entering text?  For instance, when typing text into an IPTC field?  Or somewhere else?
