PM 6: Error message when sending photo to closed PhotoShop

When I try to send a photo for editing (CTRL+E) to PhotoShop CC 2019 64bit version (the configured applicaiton to use for editing photos) under Windows 10 using the new PM 6 and PhotoShop is not yet running, I get the enclosed error message and PhotoShop opens without opening the photo to edit. When PhotoShop is already running, the process works fine. This worked fine with PM 5.

Photo Mechanic waits up to ten seconds for your chosen editor to launch.  If it doesn't launch and become ready in that amount of time, it reports that error.

Did Photoshop take longer than ten seconds to launch?

The error message appears right after having pressed CTRL-E. There is no wait time for PhotoShop to start.

PhotoShop needs about 10 seconds to start on my computer.

I'll add some logging to the next build and I'll have you activate it and we'll see why it isn't waiting.

Just a note that I can see the problem on both a Labtop and a Desktop both running Windows 10 (1809) and PhotoShop CC 2019 (20.0.4) 64bit.
