Auto Ingest Problem

When I plug in a card (an XQD from a Nikon Z 7) I get the attached error message. I've also attached my preferences setting. I'm using W10 with all updates. Never had a problem like this with PM5.

I have tried running 'repair' and then tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change in the behavior.
