Publish As and moving images
« on: April 24, 2019, 12:35:30 PM »
Two questions if you don't mind...

1) What is the purpose of the 'Publish As' function is in the Catalog Management page?

2) Once a directory has been scanned and the images show a green dot then presumably images can be moved within PM6 Plus and maintain their catalogued state. But what happens if images/folders are moved or renamed within the Finder? Will they not be found in searches until another scan has taken place?

Thanks

For server based remote cataloging.

Currently, yes.  You'll see proxy images instead.  We'll add a system for locating missing files later.
