Increase Percentage of Memory Cache

I have a system with 64 GB of memory. Even with Lightroom and PhotoMechanic open, I still have plenty of memory to spare.  It would be nice to have the slider for memory cache go beyond 50% to allow for more utilization.

I have 64 GB RAM too. The question is: Would this make a difference in speed for PM at all?

Diminishing returns.  And if the increase in memory cache caused virtual memory paging on your system, performance would degrade significantly.
