PM6 can not start: one of pm subsystem failed to initialize dyn_window_exception

Need some help. Win8.1 PC, PM6 build 3558 just downloaded. After the installation, and reboot of the system, running PM6 but after some time, it pops out

one of pm subsystem failed to initialize dyn_window_exception

windows box.

Sorry there is no way to send the crash report.

I searched internet and one result point to here with same error message, but it did not help. 

I got MAC version running on my MBP fine, but win version got stuck. I used to running PM5 but I am pretty sure I unstalled it clean.

What else I can try? Thanks!
