File (Extension) Types in Browser & Filter

Photo Supreme has a useful Types Browser view that is sometimes quite useful. It is a dynamic list of all the file extensions that currently exist in the catalog.
I can manually recreate this in Apple Photos.app by creating smart albums with:
- Filename, ends with, .heic
- etc.

The poor man's solution is to do a "Search", which doesn't give me a nice grouping and count for each file type, like the "Browser" would:
- filename = .mov
- not (filename = .avi or filename = .mpg or filename = .mov or filename = .png or filename = .gif or filename = .nef or filename = .jpg or filename = .heic or filename = .tif or filename = .dng or filename = .jpeg)
