One big problem I found when I use PM 6 from PM 5 is, When opening a new folder with a lot of images, like 1000+ raw image, then use the star filter
on PM 5
it will start showing progress bar from empty to full.
will always see the progress of it working in the background. no spinning ball and freeze.
but on PM 6
it will freeze from the first second, and start showing spinning ball, on the button right corner, the progress bar is full and shows sort complete from the first second(sometimes is empty with no text), it will keep freezing until it read the whole folder.
can not see the progress of it.
the problem will be more obvious when using HDD with just a few hundred photos, or SSD with 2000+ photos.
Im using Mac pro 2013, 12 Cores cpu, and Mojave, and all uptodate PM 5 and PM 6. same problem happen on my macbook pro 2018
I'm loading the folder in an SSD, when in HDD it will be a lot worse.
