IPTC/XMP

So i am trying out some things between LR and PM and when I chang something in the IPTC (in PM) and then update the XMP (in LR), everything is grand. But, wen I change something in LR, write the XMP to file and then update in PM and look at it, the changes arent' there.

Anyone?

Make sure you tell PM to read XMP sidecar files first for RAW files, and XMP before IPTC for JPEG, TIFF, PSD, and DNG.
