PM renames heic to hic on ingest

Hi,

I'm running PM 6.0 Build 4155 on Windows 10.
I have an heic file in my photosync folder.
When I try to ingest from that folder I want to rename and copy the file.
Renaming the file works, but it also changes the file extension from .HEIC to .HIC which is extremely undesirable.
