still can't rename xxx.HEIC format files in PM Version 6.0, build 4484 (5fe7e4b)

Hi, I have read a bit about this thread but unfortunately when I try to rename the Heic files I am getting an error : no plugin available to handle IMG_5410.HEIC.

I am using:  Photo Mechanic Version 6.0, build 4484 (5fe7e4b)
Any idea? thx a lot

How are you renaming the file?  Directly on the thumbnail?  Using the Rename dialog?  Find and Replace?

I'm able to rename HEIC files.

What OS are you running?

I select all pics with command A; file -> rename photos; it stops when finding a Heic and the whole process is aborted. Even when I select pics and right click mouse wto rename is the same. I try to rename using the IPTC date as first variable.
using iMac 10.15.4

I just updated my 10.15.4 with the latest OS updates and it works!
