Where do I find answers to feature questions?

I have just started working PM+.  I know, late to the game. 

Is there a PM+ specific help file?  For example, once a set of images are in the catalog and I use PM+ to update metadata, is the catalog information also updated or is there some kind of 'catalog refresh' I have to do in order to update the IPTC in the catalog?

I am sure I will have other questions and don't want to ask usage questions if they are explained in a beta help/user guide.

Not at this time no.  The end of the ReadMe has a 'quick start guide' and that's it for the documentation at this time.

No, the catalog should be updated almost immediately with your metadata changes as long as the images that you're editing are in the active catalog.
