Will it be possible to synchronize a specific file as Lightroom is able to do?

File or folder?  You asked about a file, but your subject says folders.

Sorry, it has been a long day in NYC. I was asking if in the future we will be able to synchronize new images within a folder. What I am asking is what the Lightroom catalog allows.
