ingesting unwanted files
« on: April 18, 2007, 04:17:56 PM »
Although I'm not even sure why they are needed, some cameras produce files such as ORDER.NJB that are downloaded during ingest. My system (PM 4.4.3.3 on Mac OS 10.4) creates new folder for them and places it next to the folder of newly ingested photos. I go in and delete the folder manually afterward. Is there any way PM can skip ingesting them in the first place?
Thanks.

No, but that would be a useful feature.  Maybe just a list of filename extensions to skip copying.
