Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm OK with closing this case. it's an old tablet, so it makes sense to not spend too much time supporting obsolete hardware. Also, who knows -- it might be some weird combo of how Win10 is installed on my computer, the tablet, and PM6+. FWIW, each Windows 10 update fails about 10 or 20 times on this computer before it finally "sticks". It seems I'm not alone with this problem. I've done the easy troubleshooting, but life is too short.

Thanks for all your help. I've got everything working with the pen, which will inspire me to use it more and become more proficient with it.
