What is the green dot for in a picture?

Hi,

I've upgraded from PM5 to PM6+ and noticed that every picture now shows a green dot in the lower RH corner (Just above the tag-box); What is that for?

Clicking on it doesn't do a thing and there's no info when hovering the mouse over it.
I did a search in the forums but can't find any explanation.
Any idea?

It's the catalog status indicator.  If it is green, then the image is known to be in at least one catalog.  If it is yellow, then it is known to be in at least one catalog, but it is currently unavailable (disk containing the image is not mounted).  If it shows the thumbnail background color (hollow) then it is currently not in any catalogs.

You can see what catalogs the image is known by right-clicking on the image and then moving your cursor to the "Catalog Info" sub-menu which will list the names of the catalogs.
