Alt + Tab back into PhotoMechanic Plus on Windows

Hi,

When I'm in PMP on Windows, in catalogue mode, the thumbs in a catalogue all load and everything is great.
However if I switch to Windows Explorer or C1 or Lightroom etc.. then back to PMP, the thumbnails disappear but I can hover over them individually still and then it seems to load everything again which really slows down workflow. Eventually it loads back again (all the thumbs) but it's enough for me to register to mention this.

Is this a bug? If so, happy to expand further.

I'm trying this on Windows 10 and the latest build of Photo Mechanic Plus and cannot replicate this issue.  This may be a case to contact customer support for troubleshooting.

Can I ask though, do the thumbnails disappear for a split second when alt+tabbing back into PMP?

Alternately to the original problem, it seems to loose the thumbnails when PMP is in the background.

Occasionally when switching windows through any method, clicking, alt-tab, etc then PM will indeed redraw the screen.

I just tested it on an another computer, it seems to be excellent and super fast with teh same catalogue, so for some reason this laptop has issues. It's enough to really be noticeable in waiting for it to redraw.

It's using an Intel Iris Plus, so I guess that maybe a clue.

If I email support, I suppose they should be able to look into it. Thanks for replying
