Organizer/Browse sort by filename incorrect sort order

In organizer/browse when filename is selected as the sort order it is sorting as follows 1,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,2,20,21 etc - you get the idea. Of course it should be 1,2,3,4 etc.
The sorting by filename is correct in Navigator, however, it is always incorrect in Organizer/Browse.  If I select capture time then the files are sorted correctly by both capture time and filename. Restarting or reinstalling makes no dufference.

Try with leading zeros for the seqn setting (as indicated in the Ingest dialog) to get  001,002,003,...,010,011,...,019,020,021.

PM+ Navigator  - using Navigator shows sort by filename and the correct sort order.
PM+ Organizer Browse  - using Organizer Browse shows sort by filename and the incorrect sort order.
