PMP - Malwarebyte Crash
« on: January 18, 2021, 09:07:14 AM »
Hi,
Was adding captions to images on Windows 10, PMP v5465 when Malwarebytes closed PMP reporting a virus.  I had to repair PMP and now find I cannot access my catalogs.  These are still present on the C drive - is it possible to open these again?

Or do I need to rebuild same?

TIA
Dave

Duh,
Locate folders on Manage Catalogs and they are visible again - phew!
But still curious as to why Malwarebytes threw a wobbly?

No idea.  Sometimes antivirus software is quite troublesome.

Kirk,

I have been able to go back into my catalogue and complete the captioning task I was doing before Malwarebytes interrupted me.  If it happens again I will try to capture the exact warning message.
