Search "" returns list sorted by filename when set to sort by capture time.

Hi,
Am using v5465 on Windows 10 and when I do a search on a catalogue the images are always returned sorted by "file name" even when the tab and preferences say "capture time".
I have to sort by "file name" and then by "capture time" to get the order I require.
Have I misunderstood how the sorting should work?

No.  It's a problem we need to fix.

Having the same issue in reverse- my preference is set to sort by filename after doing a search it sorts by capture time. MAC OS Big Sur V11.1  PM6+5465
