Ingest Dialogue

Hi

Is it possible to keep the ingest dialogue window visible during ingest?  It always seems to be underneath the open window after the ingest starts.

During development of 4.5 on Mac OS X, I had the Ingest Tasks window always on top, but I got a lot of negative feedback on that, so I made it a regular window that can be ordered behind other windows.

There is a menu item on the "Window" menu that will allow you to bring it forward anytime you want to see it.
