Check for Updates doesn't work anymore

Hello,

with all my installations the Check for Update mechanism doesn't seem to work anymore.
I'm getting the anouncement from the board but when I open PM an try Check for Updates PM tells me that it is up to date.

I use PM with Windows 10.

I doesn't work anymore with 5560,  I did the updates to 5781 and 5820 manually.

I expect that you've inadvertently denied internet connections to Photo Mechanic 6.  If the update check fails to reach the server it will always say that you're up-to-date.  It is the communication with the server that determines if an update is available or not.  Absent this information, PM assumes that you're up-to-date.

I checked it in Windows Firewall and added Photomechanic as an exception. If PM is not allowed to access the Internet, how does it look when sending via FTP? I regularly send via FTP without feedback from the firewall and before version 5560 the update check also worked without problems.

Perhaps only specific connections are being denied?  We have no other reports of the updates checking not working on Windows.

Okay, I have this on three different machines. On my workstation and my Laptop and at the workstation of my wife.

The next time an update ist ready I will check again and I also try to use two different network connections, just in case it is my ISP.
