Hard Drive images dleting options

Hi there,

When I delete images directly from the Hard Drive, they don't end up in the bin
but they are immediately deleted permanently.
Is there a way to avoid that?
I would like to have them in the bin instead of loosing them immediately.
Is there a setting I could change to have it like that?
