Audio Notation in Post
« on: October 27, 2021, 08:05:27 PM »
Not a critical item, but I think it'd be great to be able to add a .WAV file from within Photo Mechanic. That way if a file is transmitted to an editor or someone who is captioning your work, the WAV file can add a little more info, if needed. Maybe even a batch of images can have a common WAV note attached to each file. Just a thought... if it's not too hard to code.

Cheers!

You could do this now by recording a WAV file externally, naming it the same as the photo you want it "attached" to and then dropping it in the same folder before transmitting.

Obviously not as easy as having a "record audio file" button right inside Photo Mechanic though.
