Sync Metadata to Tiff Files

I must be doing something wrong, for some reason even after I tell Capture One to Sync Metadata to files star ratings and color classes are not showing in PM.
It works fine for Jpeg and RAW images.


Hopefully, someone can help me fix that.

Thanks for the sample files.  The XMP metadata in the TIFF file has a rating of zero and has no color label information.  C1 is not updating the TIFF file with the data in that XMP sidecar file you posted (not sure what the relationship is there, but they're nowhere near the same.)
