I can not open photoshop from photo mechanic after I just updated the new version of photomechanic    I need to Edit my photos in photoshop  Help!

It might be a coincidence. I know Adobe recently updated Photoshop to the 2022 version and when I auto-updated from 2021, it changed the location of Photoshop. I had to go into Preferences > Launching and make sure it was pointed to the new PS 2022 version.   If that's not it. then contacting support is the best option to get it fixed.

That's what worked for me.  Adobe put the executable in a different folder/directory so had to point PM in the right direction.

Adobe does this every year so be prepared to do it again in 12 months.
