Two problems with keywording player names

Aim: add the name(s) of the player(s) ... as keywords ...
 ... that appear in each of the individual photos (in a folder)
... that I took of that team over the season

I have created a snapshot (2022_FC) of all the players in one team
(I have attached the text file I used to import and create it). File is "2022_FC.TXT"

The method I want to use:
-  go to the folder that has all the photos taken this season of the that team.

-  click on the "i" of a photo (see file called "Screen_01")

-  click on the drop-down icon for the keywords field, "Edit", load the snapshot, click OK
... and this is where I have TWO problems (see file called "Screen_02")


Problem 1: The green arrow and text box. How do I get rid of this list? I'm not sure how it got there but it has only 3 or 4 keywords

Problem 2: The blue rectangle and the blue text box. This IS the list of players I want to use ... BUT ... it is missing 2 keywords that are in the snapshot. How do I add those two missing keywords?

Use the Edit Keywords... item on that menu to add/remove/import/export keywords.

Your text file does include some items that should end up in the last part of the list:

zFC Group
zFC Unknown

For anyone who might come across this thread in the future ...
It appears the second row list in the keyword drop down box is simply an "overflow" of the snapshot list once the number of keywords is greater than 20.
See "Screen_03" attachment ... and "problem 1" in the the first post
