Caption plus at beginning?

Is there a way to add to a caption using the plus tool and have it appear at the head of the caption instead of the foot?

No, there is no way to prepend in that way.  You can do a multi-pass operation with the IPTC Stationery Pad however.

But it would be soo nice to have a generic part from the ingest get a brief addition that would lead it all.

Just to follow-up, we added the ability to prefix an existing caption in PM5.
