Windows 10 i click on ingest function popup does not open Application is blocked

i expirience a strange thing since yesterday,  i click on ingest function popup does not open Application is blocked. any click in the window of PM results in a bing, there is nowhere a second window to be seen, reinstall did not help...

It sounds like there is some other window or warning that is open and is preventing your interaction with the Preview window. I would be happy to help with this whenever we set up look into the Ingest issue that you are having on your Mac.
