Remove info from Sublocation City and State

I don't know how info got in the Sublocation City and State fields, but I would very much like to remove it. Search and Replace won't access this info. I know I can remove it image by image, but can it be done by batch?

Select all items you want to remove that information from, open the Metadata Template and check only the boxes of the fields of the fields you wish to modify. Make those fields blank and then Apply the Metadata Template to the selection.
