how to deactivate PM when i cant boot my windows anymore?

Hi,

i have a problem, i cant start my windows not anymore, so i had to reinstall the machine, how do i deactivate the old installation so i can activatethe new one?

thanks Kevin, i like tp work withj proffesionals... the windows support wrecked my windows machine so i cant deactived it. I call tmr
