Ingest

I just purchased a Macbook Pro running Ventura OS.  I have PM6 and when i go to insert a card, (for reference I am using a Nikon Z9 with Pro Grade card) it is not ingesting automatically.  The settings i have on this laptop are the exact same i have on my desktop, and I never have any issues on my desktop when inserting a card

Have you installed the PMDiskLauncherHelper application from the "Extras" folder in the DMG file.?

To quote the Readme for that file:

"The PMDiskLauncherHelper application in this folder is a faceless background
application that can be started on login and takes the place of Apple's
Image Capture application for the purposes of launching Photo Mechanic when
a camera card is mounted."

Or do you mean that PM is already running when you insert a card and the ingest window doesn't open?  In which case check the General preference window and make sure "Show Ingest dialog" is selected in the "On mount of Camera Disk" section.

I have not installed that file.  And yes, PM is already running and ingest window doesn't open.  I can see the card in the navigation panel, but have to manually click and copy
