Hello Stefan,
You can change the default sort method for the Navigator or Favorites panels from the Preferences dialog. Just right-click or control-click on any entry in the Favorites panel to open the contextual menu. Click the Preferences option at the bottom of the menu. Open the Default Favorites sort menu and then click the reverse name sort option. See my screen shot for this configuration.
