Uploading doesn't work
« on: August 18, 2023, 01:11:11 AM »
Dear followers of this forum.

I have an issue regarding uploading to a server with Photomechanic.

I was always able to upload to a server.
Since last night the uploading is blocked.
If I make a connection with another network, the uploading is not a problem.
If I try it with our home network like we use to do it normally,  im not able to upload images anymore.
It looks like the server is blocking my images thru the network.
Anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?

Kind regards,

Michael .

Hi Michael,

If the network problem just started without doing any software updates, then a power reset for your router and any switches that are part of your home network, should fix this upload problem. If the problem persists after the power reset, then I suggest unchecking the Passive Connection check box in the File Uploader's Connections dialog. This is below the FTP Server Name or Address field.  If you are still having problems with Photo Mechanic FTP uploads then I suggest you contact our support department - support@camerabits.com.

Best regards,
