Issue with overwriting existing files in copy operation

I am running Version 6.0, build 6784 on Mac OS Ventura version 13.4.1. When I copy photos to a new folder, I keep overwriting existing files checked. However, recently every time I copy something, I have to re-click this option.

Uncheck the "Clear 'Overwrite' option when showing this dialog" checkbox.
