Image resolution under Mac Os Ventura

Hi,

it seems image resolution isn't changed anymore to 300 ppi during ingest like I want under Mac Os Ventura. It functions well under Mojave and Monterey. I use PM Version 6.0, build 6856 (e57a46a).

That's odd since we do not depend on any macOS features to set the resolution tag in images.  What kind of images are you working with?  What camera make and model produced them?

it's a Canon 5D MkIV and a Canon M50. It works well on a Mojave or Monterey PC.

Kirk also asked about file type, which will be important information for us to help you with this. Are they raw or JPEG files?

You also listed the new build of Photo Mechanic that we released last week. Did this problem only begin with the new build? Are your Mojave and Monterey computers running the same build of Photo Mechanic?

Hi,

they are CR2 and CR3 files. The problem occurs for raw and jpeg. in the moment I can not approach the Mont and Moj pcs. I will tell You as soon as it's possible.

 I deleted this build of PM and installed Build 6645. I ingested again, no difference.
