Hello,

Is there a way to disable the pop-up that happens when I am batch pasting a metadata snapshot? If I paste to one image it doesn't happen but when I do a batch it says "Are you sure you want to paste the fields captured in the IPTC Snapshot to all of the selected photos?" Not sure why its asks this and it creates an extra step.

Yes, hold down the Modifier key (Shift on Windows, Option on macOS) and the message won't appear.  You can read more about the Modifier key here:
