replace multi-word keywords with single word keywords

It there a way to replace multi-word keywords
"2018 1115 rembrandt dog"  with  2018, 1115, rembrandt, dog

Yes. Use the Find and Replace utility from the Edit menu.  The Find field will have your multi word keyword and the Replace field will have the individual keywords, each separated with a comma.  Check the box to Treat repeating fields as a single string. Have the Metadata box checked as well as the Keywords box in the field list. Click the Replace button. A message dialog will open stating how many replacements occurred.
