MacBook Pro M1 Ventura 13.1

In photomechanic (Last version) I moved some pictures from one folder to another one.
And I losted all my pictures. Even those I did not move.

What I have done?
I losted some folders, and those I did not losted are empty.
All my pictures are gone. Where are them?

How to recover?
