Align number of activation to the legacy license model

Hello,

As part of my worklow, I had Photomechanics "legacy" activated on 3 devices.
Unfortunately the Subscription license only allow 2 registered devices.

Feature Request: Align the number of devices in the Subscription license with what it was in Legacy: 3
